  • Providing a quality approach (benchmarks of good practices, implementation of approaches based on continuous improvement)
  • Improving project request processing workflow and steering tools
  • Planning and preparing project instances (commitees, retro, backlog refinement, ...)
  • Producing project reports, steering presentations, Burnup and Burndown charts, Risks analysis
  • Tool management: Clarity support, cockpit reporting
  • Supporting business and technical teams in the definition of target documentation (Design document, Specifications, ...)
  • Drawing up detail plan of how to achieve each stage of the deployment
  • Arranging and managing all project related meetings (workshop, committee, pizza team, ...)
  • Producing business and technical documentation
  • Working closely with Bufferzone editors, based in Israel, to enhance the product
  • Managing users community for abilitations and feedbacks
  • Reporting weekly status and project indicators to top management during an operCo.
  • Monitoring and managing cross-cutting projects: safety awareness, safety indicator reports, QUARKSLAB Irma decontamination kiosks.
